Troels (også kendt som Pragya) har over 20 års erfaring med yoga. Han har boet 10 år i Indien og siden hen også brugt to år i Australien, på at uddanne yoga instruktører på det Australske yoga akademi.

FOLLOW FOR A PERIODE OF 36 WEEKS THE ENTIRE YOGA PROGRAM, AS IT IS, FROM THE ENTIRE BOOK; YOGA AND KRIYA – A Systematic Course in the Ancient Tantric Techniques.
The course will begin from makarasankranti 14. of January.
There will be taught a lesson once a week, over a period of 36 weeks, with the programs directly taught as it is written in the book Yoga and Kriya by our param guru Satyananda Saraswati.
It is a course taught in English and it begins in the most simple yoga practices, simple to follow for all who wants to participate.
The last 15 lessons (lesson 21 to 36) will be a closed group, as it invites you into the more advanced practises of yoga asana and kriya yoga techniques.
If you wish to learn or to be re-taught in these ancient techniques of the secret ways of the kriya yoga system, you will have to join from the beginning of this course. The course is intending to loosing up the joints and muscles and prepare you for the more advanced yoga practices. However, there will always be exceptions as some has physical difficulties hard to overcome, and we will find an alternative to you.
Each lesson has a main focus from the book (Yoga and Kriya) which will be implemented in the teaching, as we follow the yoga practice.
The teacher is Sannyas Pragyananda Saraswati, who has 12 years of ashram life (10 in India and the rest in partly Australia and Denmark). He has more than 20 years of experience with yoga in all its aspects and has taught yoga classes over the last 10 years.
